Westport Inn

"The Westport Inn turned out to be a cozy and reliable place to stay during our trip, and I’d definitely return. It’s not a luxury hotel, and you can tell the building has some age to it, but there’s a certain charm that comes with those “old bones.” The owners have done some updates that make it comfortable without losing that classic coastal inn feel. What stood out most for me was the view. Looking out over the bay and harbor was a highlight—there’s something about waking up to boats in the distance and the sound of the water that makes a stay memorable. It set the tone each morning and reminded me why staying closer to the coast has its own reward. The room was clean, and that goes a long way for me. The furniture and bed could use a refresh, but nothing was worn to the point of ruining the experience. It all worked fine, just felt a little dated compared to newer spots. Still, the cleanliness made up for it. For our purposes, it was exactly what we needed. We were in town to see family and friends, and The Westport Inn gave us a comfortable base. I’d especially recommend it for anyone coming in for fishing trips, since the location near the harbor makes it extra convenient. Overall, a good experience and one I wouldn’t hesitate to repeat."

"I was pretty happy about this cabin. I brought my 11 year old, my wife and our 70 year old dad with us. This little cabin can comfortably sleep 6 people and 8 if two people snuggle up in the master bed and the pull out couch bed. This cabin is the perfect base camp for ocean activities whether it’s summer or winter. Well worth the money for how close you are to the ocean."

"Good location. Clean room. Really easy check-in/out process which was really appreciated when traveling with a dog. Rooms don't have a lot of insulation, so you can hear a lot of what's going on around you."
