"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Historic Gem with Modern Excellence! My recent stay at the Residence Inn in Downtown Omaha—the beautifully converted Old Federal Building—was truly exceptional. The preservation of the 1930s Stripped Classical/Art Deco architecture, with original details like the grand vault doors, gives the hotel a unique and impressive character. The staff here is absolutely incredible; they were consistently courteous, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. My suite's cleanliness was impeccable—spotless and well-maintained. The high-tech amenities, including a full kitchen and great Wi-Fi, were a fantastic convenience. I especially appreciated having 24-hour access to both the fitness center and the business center, making it easy to stay on schedule. I highly recommend this hotel for its blend of history, comfort, and outstanding service."

"My husband and I had no problems at this hotel. Our room was clean and the young lady at the front desk, named Jayonna was very professional and personable. She helped us take our luggage and bags to our room and when I wanted some olives, she checked to see if any was available. The hotel was clean also."

"Nice historic building to stay in. Clean rooms. However, the parking is atrocious if you're not familiar with the area. Tons of one way street and the garage for the hotel is NOT in the rear like the guy at the desk instructed, but ACROSS the street. 4/5 because of lack of knowledge from the desk clerk and parking accommodations."
