"This hotel was located in the downtown Omaha area, about three miles from the airport, so it felt close enough for convenience without being right next to it. Overall, the stay was very nice. The rooms were clean, modern, and well put together, and the overall feel of the hotel was comfortable and updated. One thing to note is that there weren’t any convenience stores within easy walking distance, so snacks and drinks were mostly limited to what the hotel offered. The on-site restaurant was fine, but my burger was a bit mediocre and not a standout. On the plus side, the airport shuttle was operating 24 hours a day at the time of my stay, which made transportation easy despite the hotel not being directly at the airport. Overall, it was a solid downtown option with very nice rooms and good amenities for travelers. Also note, while I’ve seen other reviews mention cleanliness issues, I didn’t experience any problems during my stay."

View on Google"Even though my stay wasn’t what it used to be Ms Leesa the general manager assisted me she was awesome even though she had a death in her family she was so kind and understanding. Thank you for such great service even though life is tough for her rite now. We need more managers like Leesa thank you so much. Let me know if there is anything I can help with for the funeral thank you again stay strong and keep your head up"
