Mark greeted us upon arrival and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We also met James, and finally Kenneth. Nicest guys ever - true professionals! The place is so charming -oozing with charm and true NOLA character. Clean, comfortable, and chock full of amenities. The courtyard is not to be missed! It's beautiful, and bizarrely quiet for being so close to Bourbon street - you'd never know it! This place is a true gem, and we will be staying here from now on. Big thumbs up!!! Thank you Grenoble House! We had a great time!"

View on Google"I think we found our new spot. We visit New Orleans every year. We used to stay at the St Pierre but they just went down hill for us. We just stayed a few nights this week at The Grenoble House. We stayed in 104. I really hope we can get that unit next year. Even though they were busy with renovations they still stayed quiet. We are not morning people so sleeping till 10-11 is our normal time. The front staff are great. The rooms are wonderful and clean (I'm posting a video). The location is OMG the best. This is going to be the best 3 Star place for sure. Definitely book here. And to The Grenoble House, we will definitely see you next year 🙏"
