"This was an amazing hotel. The inside was spectacular. But even more was our check-in. The young man at the front was so compassionate and empathetic with our situation. My cousin was passing away and we just needed to have comfort for a few nights. The customer service agent was so kind and so sweet about getting us checked in and offering us cookies and seeing if there was anything else we needed and then calling up to the room after we got in to make sure that everything was fine. I don't know that I have ever had better service at this hotel. He absolutely deserves a pat on the back for the exceptional service he gave us!♥️😇🙏"

View on Google"Very clean, spacious with large remodeled rooms. Great for business or personal meetings or events. Large enough to handle very large groups as well. Convenient location right across from the river so great views from that side of the building. Definitely pay the 10.00 to park in their private lot so you are guaranteed a spot. It's by the baseball stadium and the downtown entertainment district. We would definitely go there again"

View on Google"All of the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good with a variety of food offered and the servers were kind. The lobby was pretty with lots of places to sit and enjoy the waterfall. There is also a bar and dinner service available although I did not use it. There is an inclosed sky bridge to Adler Theater. They also have an allergy friendly cookie option at check in."
