"Prince Waikiki is great, rooms are amazing with a great view. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel, you wouldn't even have to leave if you didn't want to. As far as location if you are like me and don't like to rent a car its a little way from all the clubs but it is a reasonable walk for all the activities and tours I booked(maybe a mile). All in all I am very happy with my choice to stay at Prince Waikiki."

"At the end of October 2025 we had our second time staying at Prince Waikiki--my husband liked the first time so much he wanted to come back! I think the location is very good--yes, it is not ON the beach, but I like that it is more quiet because it is on the very edge of Waikiki and the proximity to Ala Moana shopping center is helpful. It is only a short walk to the Hilton Hawaiian Villages and the actual sand beach. It's easy to take public transit from here, which is necessary since it's so expensive to park a car in Waikiki. The first time we stayed in the Ala Moana tower, which was nice but unremarkable, but this time I booked a water view room in the Diamond Head tower and the view of the harbor and horizon was BEAUTIFUL. It also seems the rooms were updated as the decor was very fresh. This stay was for my birthday and I was very touched that this was acknowledged by the hotel. This time we were traveling with our children, and I was pleasantly surprised to see other babies at the hotel--I never felt that my children were unwelcome. I think because it is a Japanese hotel brand, there is an awesome Japanese bidet with a seat warming function, which is a fun feature. We also learned that the pool area is a great viewing spot for the Friday night fireworks from the Hilton. All in all, second stay was even better than the first and I look forward to returning. Special thanks to the gentleman at reception who checked us in, I believe his name was Eric. We were very frazzled when we arrived (both of our littles were screaming) and I had neglected to add my husband to the reservation, but Eric handled us with with extreme politeness despite our bad attitudes. He is a true professional."

"Incredible experience! Beautiful hotel, perfectly located on the edge of Waikiki (so less congested & quieter) but still walking distance to Waikiki & Ala Moana shops. Service was outstanding; Seafood & Prime Rib buffet was excellent. Coffee shop at breakfast was perfect. Fantastic experience!"
